Resmi Menutup Brand Sussex Royal, Harry dan Meghan Markle Akan Istirahat Beberapa Bulan

Harry dan Meghan Markle dipastikan sudah resmi menutup brand Sussex Royal. Setelah menyelesaikan tugas terakhir mereka sebagai bagian dari anggota Kerajaan Inggris di bulan Maret kemarin, Sussex Royal juga resmi ditutup. Keduanya berencana istirahat beberapa bulan ke depan.

Ditutupnya brand Sussex Royal memang sama sekali tak mengejutkan. Terutama setelah Ratu Elizabeth meminta Harry dan Meghan Markle untuk tak menggunakan kata “Royal” pada brand mereka. Namun, yang mengejutkan justru keputusan Harry dan Meghan untuk beristirahat sementara.

Dalam podcast The Heir Pod pakar kerajaan Omid Scobie menyebut Harry dan Meghan Markle memiliki kejutan untuk semua orang. Disadur dari Daily Mail, kejutan tersebut rupanya keputusan untuk istirahat beberapa bulan ke depan nanti.

“Sangat menarik karena kami memiliki penumpukan sejak Januari hingga keberangkatan Meghan dan Harry mundur sebagai bangsawan pekerja senior. Tiba-tiba pada tanggal 31 Maret, itu agak merayap pada kami dengan sangat cepat, kami membuat pasangan mengumumkan awal masa transisi mereka selama tahun berikutnya di Instagram.

“Pada saat yang sama, mereka mengumumkan bahwa mereka menutup media sosial dan situs web mereka dan beristirahat selama beberapa bulan ke depan. Saya pikir itu benar-benar mengejutkan semua orang. Karena ada begitu banyak pembicaraan tentang pasangan yang sedang mempersiapkan proyek dan siap untuk meluncurkan inisiatif. Ketika sebenarnya itu adalah dua orang yang seperti, “Kita perlu istirahat juga.”

Di sisi lain, Harry dan Meghan Markle juga sudah dipastikan pindah dari Kanada ke rumah baru mereka di Los Angeles, Amerika Serikat.
